About the event
Jamie has been practicing yoga for 11 years and is a 200 RYT from Trailside Yoga. She has been teaching around the NWA community since 2023. She likes to utilize yoga as a tool to help provide space to settle and become present in the moment, helping detach from the busy lists of life and our chattering minds. This class will be held outside on grass. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you would like. All are welcome!
