Guarantee and Return Policy

White River Nursery will gladly accept returns for non-perishable merchandise within 5 days of purchase date.  Items must be in re-salable condition and the purchase must be verified through the Point-of-Sale system.

If original purchase was made with cash, cash will be refunded.  Purchase made by credit card will receive a credit to the original card.  Check purchases will receive store credit.

Seasonal items and special orders may only be returned for a merchandise store credit.

Plant Return Policy

White River Nursery will gladly accept returns on plant material within 3 days of the sale date (with Point-of-Sale verification, ALL returns must have been purchased under an existing account).  Plants must be in healthy and re-salable condition to receive full store credit or plant exchange.  No monetary returns will be issued for plant material.  Ball and burlap material may not be returned once they leave our property.

Guarantee

White River Nursery strives to sell only quality material in excellent condition.  We reserve the right to determine if the plant material was cared for properly after leaving our garden center.  Over or under watering, exposure to extreme temperatures or other adverse weather conditions, incorrect planting or improper cultural conditions void the guarantee.

All trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year and will be replaced at 50% store credit.

Perennials are guaranteed for 90 days at 50% store credit.  Sale items, annuals, vegetables, houseplants, and other specialty items are not guaranteed.

Full or partial replacement will be at the discretion of White River Nursery based on examination of the plant in question.  If you experience a problem with any of White River Nursery’s plants or merchandise, please notify us immediately to allow us to rectify the situation before it becomes irreversible.  We will gladly assist you with information to make your experience at White River Nursery a pleasant one at all times.
